Order and Return Policy

All hats are custom made to order and will be manufactured and shipped within two to three weeks after your order has
been placed. Please specify your head size (women are generally 22.5 to 24 inches). If you need help figuring out how to measure your head, give us a call!

We ship via UPS. We can rearrange or change the trimming at an additional fee. Any and all discrepancies must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. There are no returns on merchandise. We will repair hats that are damaged due
to shipping.
